Here is the process by which firms are ranked.
In determining its list of Top 50 Construction Law Firms®, Construction Executive surveyed dozens of attorneys at the nation’s top construction law firms to learn how they were advising their clients in the wake of the novel coronavirus, as well as to learn who the leaders are and what legal issues are keeping them busy. The data collected that resulted in the Top 50 rankings also included 2020 and 2021 revenue; construction practice revenue as a percentage of total firm revenue; number of construction clients; number of attorneys in the firm’s construction practice; number of states in which the firm is licensed to practice; number of office locations; and the year in which the construction practice was established.
