JACOB J. LANDRUM, ESQ. Jacob practices in the areas of construction claims and disputes, collection remedies, contract requirements, and commercial litigation. He received his juris doctor in 2024 from the University of San Diego School of Law.
KELSEY A. TIDGEWELL, ESQ. Kelsey practices in the firm’s transactional department and focuses on corporate company formation, business and commercial transactions, and drafting agreements. She was one of our summer associates in 2023, which further inspired her excitement to work with the firm. She received her juris doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law, from which she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
ERICA L. HALASZYNSKI, ESQ. Erica practices in the firm’s construction law and business and commercial litigation practices. She worked as a summer associate with us in 2023, which heightened her eagerness to be part of the firm.
