As an essential legal services provider to the essential construction industry, Finch, Thornton & Baird, LLP’s management team was not about to leave its future fate to chance.
Instead, firm leadership was actively devising a strategic plan for how to best maintain effective operations — under any scenario. Accordingly, no one was surprised when on March 13th, firm Managing Partner P. Randolph Finch Jr. announced, “… everyone who is able to work remotely from home may begin doing so effective Monday, March 16th”.
