Teaming to Win Federal Set Aside Projects

The Federal Government has allocated billions of dollars to infrastructure projects.  Many of these projects will be set aside for small business.  Properly structuring and implementing teaming relationships is essential to successfully participating in the available work.  This presentation will focus on teaming in all sectors of the set aside market — 8(a), SDVOSB, WOSB, and HUBZone — and explore some of the key opportunities and pitfalls in these partnering relationships.
