Sarah R. Faller

Sarah Faller works closely with her team of attorneys to provide expertise in civil procedure and case management support through all stages of litigation.  Highly responsible and well known for her attention to detail, Sarah is the consummate team player.  The majority of her expertise is currently focused on major insurance defense matters and, more broadly, construction law and business and commercial litigation.

A native of South Florida, Sarah worked as a foreclosure defense paralegal for six years.  She also has ten years of experience as a case manager in loan modifications, short sales, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and debt collection matters.  Sarah relocated to San Diego in 2014.
