Finch, Thornton & Baird, LLP was selected as a Top Workplace in San Diego for 2017 by The San Diego Union-Tribune. The California construction law firm ranked #2 among Top Small Companies.
Winners were chosen based on the responses to an employee survey in which employees rate their company in categories ranging from pay and benefits to motivation and company values. 77 organizations agreed to participate in the survey process, with surveyed firms employing more than 12,000 people in the metro San Diego area. Of those employees who received questionnaires, 7,782 responded, either on paper or online. This year, 51 metro San Diego area employers scored high enough to earn Top Workplaces honors.
One Finch, Thornton & Baird, LLP employee summed it up well for many at the law firm in writing, “I feel that I am a valued member of a team that is doing good work and cares about their clients.” Pretty much says it all.
